DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Drive room, conferencing, leisure, and event revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Develop partnerships with corporates, NGOs, government institutions, tour operators, and event planners.
  • Promote destination experiences including golf, executive retreats, weddings, and weekend getaways.
  • Generate and convert leads for conferences, group bookings, and private events.

Brand Positioning & Marketing

  • Execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and hospitality booking channels.
  • Coordinate content creation including photography, videography, and promotional materials.
  • Support influencer collaborations, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Client & Event Management

  • Conduct client presentations, networking engagements, and site inspections.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized event or partnership packages.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless guest and event experiences.
  • Represent the property at trade fairs, tourism forums, and hospitality events.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Track campaign performance, lead conversions, occupancy trends, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client databases, and CRM records.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly commercial and marketing performance reports for management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality sales, resort marketing, or leisure business development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and corporate sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
