DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Management
- Create, design, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Social Media Campaigns
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
- Manage organic and paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives
Audience Engagement & Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong online communities and customer relationships
- Monitor online conversations and brand mentions
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
- Use insights to optimize content and improve results
Digital Advertising Support
- Assist in setting up and managing paid social media ads
- Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements for better ROI
- Support lead generation campaigns through targeted advertising
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of social media advertising and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in the tours and travel industry is an added advantage
