DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Sourcing & Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking,1 social media outreach, industry events, and partnerships. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Product Expertise & Demonstration:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our integrated office software suite. Conduct compelling and tailored software demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of our solution in addressing their specific business needs.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to negotiation, contract signing, and successful handover to the onboarding team.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

CRM & Sales Reporting:

  • Meticulously maintain and update client information, sales activities, and pipeline status within our CRM system. Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software and sales processes.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and business development objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to non-technical audiences
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
