DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Consultation and Assessment

  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs, health conditions, and preferences.
  • Assess client skin type, body condition, and suitability for treatments.
  • Recommend appropriate spa therapies, treatments, and products tailored to individual client needs.

Treatment Delivery

  • Perform a wide range of spa treatments such as massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, and other wellness therapies.
  • Ensure each treatment is delivered professionally, safely, and within the scheduled time.
  • Monitor client comfort during sessions and adjust techniques as needed.

Client Care and Experience

  • Greet clients warmly and maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness tips.
  • Respond to client queries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

Record Keeping and Administration

  • Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, preferences, allergies, and consultations.
  • Update treatment logs and product usage accurately.
  • Ensure client confidentiality at all times.

Hygiene and Safety

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
  • Sanitize equipment and tools before and after each use.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of products and equipment.

Product Knowledge and Sales Support

  • Stay updated on spa products, therapies, and industry trends.
  • Recommend retail products to clients that complement treatments, when appropriate.
  • Assist in promoting spa packages, memberships, and special offers.

Teamwork and Professional Development

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability.

Feedback and Quality Improvement

  • Gather client feedback to improve service quality.
  • Suggest enhancements to spa protocols and client experiences.
  • Maintain a high standard of service consistency to enhance client loyalty.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Certificate/Diploma in Aesthetucs, Beauty, Cosmetology or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in skincare/spa or beauty treatments
  • Skilled in client consultations and professional treatment delivery
  • Strong customer service and product knowledge
  • Knowledge of hygiene, health & Safety Standards
