DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock Management

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
  • Organize and maintain proper storage of goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.

Store Operations

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
  • Issue stock to sales or delivery teams as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.

Delivery Support

  • Assist in dispatching goods to customers or sales teams.
  • Use a motorcycle to deliver items when required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

 Record Keeping & Systems

  • Update stock records using basic computer systems.
  • Maintain accurate manual and digital records.
  • Prepare simple reports on stock movement and balances.

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow company procedures for stock handling and storage.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained within the store.
  • Report any damages, losses, or incidents promptly.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum KCSE certificate.
  • Previous experience in a store or warehouse setup.
  • Valid motorcycle riding license.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel or simple inventory systems).
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Physically fit and able to handle stock movement.
  • Familiarity with Dandora and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
