DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, target, and convert new customers in the assigned area market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail outlets.
- Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit clients to strengthen partnerships and gather market feedback.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide recommendations for promotions, pricing adjustments, and new product launches.
Collaboration & Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement product promotions and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market reception, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on product features and benefits.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the assigned area is an added advantage
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Analytical and able to use sales data to drive decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management tools
