DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and convert new customers in the assigned area market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to capitalize on new opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail outlets.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly visit clients to strengthen partnerships and gather market feedback.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for promotions, pricing adjustments, and new product launches.

Collaboration & Marketing Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement product promotions and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market reception, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on product features and benefits.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the assigned area is an added advantage
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Analytical and able to use sales data to drive decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management tools
