DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Social Media Management
- Create and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Grow and engage audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Respond to comments, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely manner.
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality, engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, blog posts, and product highlights.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to create product-focused marketing content.
- Manage photography and videography sessions for product promotion.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Website & SEO Management
- Optimize website content for SEO and improve search rankings.
- Update website content regularly (products, blogs, landing pages).
- Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports.
Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Branding & Market Positioning
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Develop promotional campaigns for product launches and special offers.
- Support offline marketing initiatives when necessary.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer (experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred).
- Proven experience managing paid ads and social media platforms.
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, copywriting, short-form video).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Suite, SEO tools, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
