DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Nutrition Consultation & Assessment

• Assess customers’ nutritional needs, dietary habits, wellness goals, and lifestyle factors through professional consultations.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition and wellness advice tailored to individual customer needs.
• Develop practical nutrition recommendations and guide customers on healthy dietary and lifestyle choices.

 Product Knowledge & Recommendations

• Maintain strong knowledge of nutritional supplements, vitamins, wellness products, and their appropriate applications.
• Recommend suitable nutrition and wellness products based on customer needs while providing clear guidance on their proper use.
• Keep up to date with developments in nutrition, wellness products, and relevant industry trends.

Customer Service & Engagement

• Deliver professional, friendly, and informative customer consultations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized nutrition guidance.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and provide accurate information within the scope of practice.

Records & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and confidential customer consultation and recommendation records.
• Ensure all product information and nutrition advice provided to customers is accurate and professionally communicated.
• Adhere to relevant professional, health, safety, and company standards when providing nutrition services.

Team & Business Support

• Work closely with the sales and wellness teams to support customers and improve service delivery.
• Support product education and awareness initiatives through customer education and demonstrations where required.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product trends, and frequently requested wellness solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in nutrition, wellness, dietary supplements, retail health, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional supplements, vitamins, and wellness products.
• Good understanding of nutrition assessment and dietary guidance.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain nutrition and product information clearly to customers.
• Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
