BEAUTICIAN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Beauty & Skincare Treatments

• Provide professional skincare, facial, beauty, and other aesthetic treatments based on client needs and established treatment protocols.
• Conduct proper skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client requirements.
• Maintain high standards of treatment quality, professionalism, and client comfort.

Client Consultation & Customer Service

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their concerns, preferences, and treatment expectations.
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines, beauty treatments, and appropriate products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive, professional relationships with clients.

 Product Knowledge & Sales

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of skincare, beauty, and aesthetic products and their appropriate applications.
• Recommend suitable products and treatment plans to clients while providing accurate information on usage and benefits.
• Maintain awareness of new beauty products, treatments, and industry trends.

Hygiene, Health & Safety

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards before, during, and after every treatment.
• Properly clean, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms, tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow all applicable health, safety, hygiene, and professional standards when handling products and equipment.

Records & Treatment Management

• Maintain accurate client consultation, treatment, and product records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Monitor client feedback and treatment outcomes and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments where necessary.
• Ensure treatment areas are properly prepared and stocked with the required products and supplies.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree or Diploma in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in skincare, spa, beauty treatments, or a related pharmacy/beauty product environment.
• Proven practical experience in delivering professional beauty and skincare treatments.
• Strong client consultation and assessment skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
• Good understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
