DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and maintain the overall brand strategy in line with company vision, mission, and business goals.
  • Conduct brand audits to evaluate current brand positioning, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, events, and internal communications.
  • Define brand guidelines, including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand strategy with product launches, campaigns, and promotions.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the brand and support business objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with design agencies, media partners, and vendors for campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance using metrics such as engagement, reach, leads generated, and ROI.

Corporate Communication & PR

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that enhance corporate reputation.
  • Prepare press releases, newsletters, presentations, and other corporate communication materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Respond to media inquiries and coordinate public relations activities to maintain a positive company image.
  • Handle crisis communication when necessary, ensuring messages align with company values and policies.

Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee content strategy across all platforms, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Create or review content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop compelling storytelling for campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Monitor brand perception, social media sentiment, and market positioning.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to refine marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Plan and manage corporate events, trade shows, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Support stakeholder engagement initiatives, including client presentations, investor communications, and partner outreach.
  • Coordinate internal events that promote company culture and employee engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years in branding, marketing, or corporate communication.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing principles, and communication strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
