DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions
- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client retention
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Provide insights to guide product positioning and sales strategy
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
Product Presentation & Promotion
- Present and demonstrate company software solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Clearly articulate product value and competitive advantages
Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
- Close deals efficiently and professionally
- Follow up on leads to ensure conversion
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems
Collaboration
- Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is an added advantage
