DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both corporate and leisure travel markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Promote travel packages, destination offerings, and tailor-made solutions to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and travel partners.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries, providing expert advice on travel packages, visa procedures, and destination options.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Recommend new products or services based on market demand.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns targeting high-potential clients.

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with corporate clients, travel partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure agreements meet company policies and profitability targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client agreements and transactions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Operational & Compliance Requirements

  • Maintain a valid passport and driving license to facilitate client meetings and travel.
  • Ensure all travel-related documentation complies with internal policies and legal requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and visa procedures is an advantage.
  • Must possess a valid passport and driving license.
