DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Sell and promote chicken products to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Receive, process, and accurately record customer orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat orders and increase sales.
  • Visit and engage potential customers such as restaurants, hotels, butcheries, retailers, and institutions.

Market & Competitor Activities

  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales within the market.
  • Provide management with regular feedback on customer and market developments.

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, customer details, and payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in poultry, food, FMCG, or retail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work with sales targets and deliver results.
  • Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use communication platforms such as WhatsApp and email.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
