DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing of Content Creation & Social Media

  • Capture real-time content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and live streams) during

events, tastings, and brand-sponsored bar nights.

  • Create in-house content featuring staff recommendations, product highlights, and

behind-the-scenes moments.

  • Ensure timely posting and maintain content relevance aligned with current social

media trends.

Influencer & Creator Management

  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with local UGC creators and micro-influencers for

social media partnerships.

  • Build and manage relationships with food bloggers, wine bloggers, and lifestyle

creators relevant to the brand.

  • Maintain influencer relationships and oversee the execution of collaborations.

Events & Brand Activations

  • Organize and execute wine tastings, whisky masterclasses, and product launch

events.

  • Support and manage brand activations at events, bars, hotels, restaurants, and retail

outlets.

  • Identify opportunities to sponsor or participate in local food and beverage events

and festivals.

Staff Engagement & Brand Advocacy

  • Train and motivate staff to confidently promote and talk about the brand during

events and activations.

  • Encourage and guide staff to promote the brand through their personal social media

platforms where appropriate.

 Market Awareness & Strategy

  • Stay up to date with market trends, social media trends, and consumer preferences

within the food and beverage sector.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market observations to strengthen

brand presence and engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in Alcoholic Beverages, FMCG, or F&B marketing is preferred.
  • Strong network within local creators, influencers, bloggers, and hospitality venues
  • Hands-on experience in content creation (mobile photography and video content creation acceptable).
  • Experience in event management and on-ground brand activations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-driven mindset.
