DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design engaging social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
- Develop creative content for social media platforms, including captions, images, short videos, and promotional posts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels according to the content calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional brand voice.
- Engage with followers and online communities to increase audience interaction and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels.
- Assist in creating email marketing content, blogs, and website updates where required.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Support day-to-day digital marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Certificate in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- At least six (6) months of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
