DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and prospect potential individual and SME customers within assigned regions.
- Market and sell retail banking products including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, asset finance, and other liability/asset products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute field activations, roadshows, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Provide accurate product information and financial guidance to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
- Collect and verify all required documentation for account opening and loan processing.
- Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the supervisor.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to improve product offerings.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in a financial institution or insurance company.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach
- High level of integrity and professionalism
