DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and prospect potential individual and SME customers within assigned regions.
  • Market and sell retail banking products including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, asset finance, and other liability/asset products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Execute field activations, roadshows, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide accurate product information and financial guidance to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
  • Collect and verify all required documentation for account opening and loan processing.
  • Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.

 Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the supervisor.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to improve product offerings.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in a financial institution or insurance company.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
