DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting designer bags and accessories.
  • Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance customer experience.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests professionally.
  • Coordinate product deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Retail Operations & Inventory Management

  • Manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries, unpacking, and organizing items.
  • Monitor inventory and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and deliveries.
  • Support coordination of supplier or courier deliveries as required.

Visual Merchandising & Shop Presentation

  • Ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Regularly update product arrangements and promotional displays to boost sales.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and organization at all times.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Assist in promoting products on social media platforms, showcasing new arrivals or offers.
  • Capture product photos or short videos for online marketing campaigns (if required).
  • Engage with customers online to support brand awareness and digital sales.

Teamwork & Operational Support

  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
  • Support special events, promotions, or in-store campaigns.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reports as assigned by management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing for retail purposes.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Mature, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic numeracy and organizational skills.
