DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Greet and assist customers in selecting designer bags and accessories.
- Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance customer experience.
- Process payments accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests professionally.
- Coordinate product deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Retail Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries, unpacking, and organizing items.
- Monitor inventory and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and deliveries.
- Support coordination of supplier or courier deliveries as required.
Visual Merchandising & Shop Presentation
- Ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Regularly update product arrangements and promotional displays to boost sales.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization at all times.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Assist in promoting products on social media platforms, showcasing new arrivals or offers.
- Capture product photos or short videos for online marketing campaigns (if required).
- Engage with customers online to support brand awareness and digital sales.
Teamwork & Operational Support
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Support special events, promotions, or in-store campaigns.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reports as assigned by management.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods.
- Familiarity with POS systems, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Knowledge of social media marketing for retail purposes.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Mature, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Basic numeracy and organizational skills.
