DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (F&O, Business Central, or CRM) to support business operations.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for IT systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches as necessary.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure ERP systems are effectively supporting organizational processes, including finance, procurement, inventory, and sales.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in training staff on software applications and IT best practices.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technological improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central, or CRM).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
