DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Infrastructure Management

  • Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices.
  • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Oversee system backups, disaster recovery processes, and system updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.

Systems Implementation & Integration

  • Lead or support the implementation of enterprise systems including:
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
  • E-commerce platforms
  • Fleet Management Systems
  • Ensure proper integration between internal systems and third-party applications.
  • Work closely with vendors during system deployment, testing, and rollout.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure successful implementation.

Software Development & Customization

  • Develop, customize, and maintain internal software solutions where required.
  • Create integrations and automation between systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
  • Support API integrations and system interoperability.

 

Technical Support & User Assistance

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across all departments.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Train users on system usage and new software implementations.
  • Maintain IT helpdesk processes and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Systems Monitoring & Security

  • Monitor system logs and security alerts to ensure data integrity and system security.
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices including access control, data protection, and endpoint security.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access rights.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and IT policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Recommend new technologies that enhance business productivity and system performance.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the liaison between internal departments, IT vendors, and system providers.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and service agreements.
  • Support management in evaluating and selecting new technology solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, coordination, or development in a fast-paced organizational environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Database management (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs)
  • Network administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Experience supporting e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
