JOB SUMMARY
Our client, a high-end spa located in Westlands, is seeking 10 skilled, professional, and customer-focused Nail Technicians to provide premium nail care and beauty services. The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience working in a high-end spa or beauty salon and be passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Nail Care Services
- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and finishing.
- Apply artificial nail extensions, gel, acrylics, overlays, and other nail enhancement treatments.
- Create nail art designs and provide specialized nail treatments according to client preferences.
Client Service and Consultation
- Consult clients on nail care needs, suitable treatments, colours, designs, and maintenance routines.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality services while maintaining excellent customer care and professionalism.
- Recommend appropriate nail care products and treatments to enhance the client experience.
Hygiene and Salon Standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing tools and equipment.
- Keep workstations, tools, and treatment areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow spa procedures, safety guidelines, and professional standards when handling nail products and equipment.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a high-end spa, luxury salon, or premium beauty establishment.
- Practical expertise in manicures, pedicures, artificial nail extensions, gel and acrylic applications, nail art, and polish finishing.
- Relevant nail technology or beauty therapy training will be an added advantage.
- Excellent technical nail care skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming, creativity, hygiene awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury spa environment.
