PERSONAL DRIVER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation to the employer, family members, guests, or other authorised individuals as required.
• Plan routes effectively and navigate Nairobi, surrounding areas, and rural destinations while adapting to traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility when schedules, destinations, or travel requirements change.
• Conduct routine checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, fluids, lights, and general roadworthiness, and promptly report any issues.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, insurance, inspection, and other vehicle-related requirements as instructed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer’s personal information, movements, conversations, and activities.
• Demonstrate professional, respectful, and courteous conduct when interacting with the employer, family members, clients, visitors, and other individuals.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety requirements, and company or employer instructions at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, family, or corporate driver.
• Valid Kenyan BCE driving licence with a clean and verifiable driving record.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and surrounding areas, with the ability to navigate both urban and rural routes.

• Excellent punctuality, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Calm and safety-conscious, with the ability to handle traffic, changing schedules, and unexpected situations professionally.
