DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Test Development & Design

  • Creation of customized psychometric assessments tailored to organizational or individual objectives.
  • Development of tests measuring intelligence, cognitive abilities, analytical skills, aptitude, and personality traits.
  • Ensuring all assessments are scientifically sound, standardized, and culturally appropriate.

Validation & Reliability Analysis

  • Conducting rigorous statistical validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of test results.
  • Ensuring assessments comply with ethical standards and psychometric best practices.

Administration & Scoring

  • Professional administration of individual and group assessments.
  • Accurate scoring using validated tools and methodologies.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to high ethical standards.

Interpretation & Insights

  • Translating complex test data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Delivering comprehensive reports to guide talent selection, career development, training needs analysis, or personal development.
  • Providing expert recommendations for organizational development, recruitment strategies, and performance management.

 Consultancy & Advisory

  • Advising organizations on psychometric strategies, including test selection, deployment, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Offering training for HR teams and leadership on interpreting and applying psychometric results effectively.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Licensed psychometrician with proven experience in quantitative psychological assessments
  • Deep understanding of intelligence, aptitude, analytical skills, and personality measurement
  • Proficiency in psychometric theory, statistical analysis, and test validation techniques
  • Strong communication skills to deliver client-friendly, insightful reports.
  • Experienced in tailoring assessments for diverse populations and organizational contexts
