DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Sales & Marketing
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers
- Market available properties through online platforms, listings, and referrals
- Assist clients in understanding property features, pricing, and benefits
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective buyers and investors
- Follow up on inquiries promptly and professionally
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
- Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the sales process
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
Sales Closing & Documentation Support
- Negotiate terms and assist in closing property deals
- Support clients through necessary documentation and processes
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams where required
- Ensure accuracy in all sales records and agreements
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and customer preferences
- Identify emerging opportunities in the property market
Follow-Ups & Reporting
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and potential buyers
- Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports
- Track performance against sales targets and KPIs
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or property marketing
- Strong background in sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to earn commissions
- Sales and closing ability
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Customer service and relationship management
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Time management and consistency in follow-ups
