DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base for electric motorbikes.
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels, including direct outreach, online platforms, and networking events.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Provide customers with detailed information about the products, including technical features, benefits, and advantages of electric motorbikes.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management team.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress toward sales goals.
Product Demonstration and Promotion:
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of electric motorbikes.
- Attend events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and represent the company.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial.
- Close sales deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Feedback:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to remain competitive in the industry.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, product improvements, and potential market opportunities.
Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure smooth after-sales support for customers, including addressing queries, handling complaints, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for future sales opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Submit regular sales reports, including updates on customer prospects, conversions, and overall performance.
Collaboration with Team:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and company offerings.
- Work closely with the management team to implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in automobile sales, with a strong track recordd of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving sales
- Valid driving license (motorbike category is an added advantage)
