DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility and strengthen client relationships

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

 Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Provide insights and feedback to management to support strategic decisions
  • Identify gaps and recommend new product or market opportunities

Digital Sales & Marketing Support

  • Utilize digital platforms (social media, online marketplaces, WhatsApp marketing) to generate leads and drive sales
  • Support online campaigns and promotions to boost product visibility
  • Maintain basic understanding of digital marketing tools and trends

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Track orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels
  • Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media, online sales, lead generation)
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive
