DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities including corporate clients, travel agents, and group bookings.
  • Drive room sales, conference bookings, and events business.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee content creation for promotional materials and advertisements.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage online presence including website, social media, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Run digital campaigns (social media ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients and agencies.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction to drive repeat business.

 Partnerships & Business Development

  • Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, tour operators, and event planners.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

 Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and guide the sales and marketing team (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, campaign results, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on revenue, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market insights.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving sales, bookings, and partnerships.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
