DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Consultation & Service:

  • Conduct thorough skin assessments to understand client needs and concerns.
  • Recommend appropriate products, routines, and services tailored to individual clients.
  • Provide demonstrations and educate clients on product usage and benefits.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain client records and follow up for repeat sales and satisfaction.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
  • Actively promote new product launches, promotions, and offers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize revenue.
  • Track personal sales metrics and analyze performance to improve results.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging skincare solutions.
  • Participate in regular training and workshops to enhance product expertise.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure product displays are attractive, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the consultation and sales areas.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention activities.

 Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Share market insights, client feedback, and sales strategies with management.
  • Support brand initiatives, events, and promotions both in-store and online.

 Professional Development & Brand Representation:

  • Uphold the brand’s values and standards in all client interactions.
  • Attend training programs and certifications to advance personal expertise.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, workshops, and community engagements.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Certificate or Diploma in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics sales is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and consultation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
