DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop TikTok content strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
  • Research trending content, hashtags, challenges, and viral formats to incorporate into campaigns.
  • Plan and maintain a TikTok content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.

Content Creation & Production

  • Conceptualize creative TikTok video ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Script, storyboard, and plan short-form videos that effectively showcase products or services.
  • Present products naturally and confidently on camera, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Incorporate storytelling techniques to make content engaging, informative, and shareable.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit videos using basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush) to produce polished, high-quality content.
  • Add captions, effects, stickers, and other TikTok-native elements to enhance content engagement.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand aesthetic, tone, and visual guidelines.

Trend Monitoring & Engagement

  • Continuously track TikTok trends, challenges, and popular content formats.
  • Analyze competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Respond to audience interactions on TikTok, fostering engagement and community growth.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor video performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, and follower growth.
  • Generate insights from analytics to refine content strategies and improve reach and engagement.
  • Recommend creative adjustments based on data-driven results and audience feedback.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content is consistent with brand messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with other influencers or brand partners when needed to expand reach.

Innovation & Creativity

  • Experiment with new formats, transitions, effects, and storytelling methods to keep content fresh and appealing.
  • Suggest innovative campaigns, interactive content, or user-generated content initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations or related field is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, especially TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
  • Confident and natural on camera with excellent presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to produce content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
